Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of NoteMind's desktop app, website and services. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account and an active paid plan to use NoteMind. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Team admins manage seats and members for their organization.
Plans, billing and credits
- Plans are billed per user, monthly or annually, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each plan includes monthly credits. Meetings use 10 credits per hour of recording, billed by the second, plus 2.5 credits per meeting.
- Plan credits reset each month and do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire, but can only be used while you have an active plan.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. See the refund policy.
Acceptable use
- You must follow the recording and privacy laws that apply to you and the people you record, including getting consent where required.
- Don't use NoteMind to record people without their knowledge where that is unlawful, or for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service.
Your content
You own your recordings, transcripts and summaries. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide NoteMind to you. AI-generated summaries and answers can contain mistakes; check anything important.
Availability and changes
We work to keep NoteMind available and reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features or these terms; we'll tell you about significant changes in advance.
Ending your use
You can stop using NoteMind and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
NoteMind is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
