NoteMind ("we", "us") records, transcribes and summarizes the meetings you choose to take notes on. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your meetings to train AI models.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run NoteMind. They process data only on our instructions:

Recording and consent

NoteMind records from your computer and does not join calls as a participant. Recording laws differ between countries and states, and some require the consent of everyone in the conversation. You are responsible for telling participants and getting their consent. NoteMind reminds you when notes start.

Retention and deletion

We keep your meetings until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a meeting removes its transcript, summary and recording. When you close your account we delete your meeting content within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Desktop sign-in uses short-lived codes and device tokens that you can revoke at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Contact our support team and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

NoteMind is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and email you about significant ones.
