macOS

First launch

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag NoteMind into Applications.
  2. Open NoteMind. If macOS says it can't verify the developer, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
  3. Allow microphone and system audio recording when NoteMind asks.
  4. After an update, macOS may ask for these permissions again. Allow them once more.

Windows

Windows 10 or 11 · 64-bit

  1. Run the downloaded installer.
  2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway.
  3. Open NoteMind from the Start menu.

Linux

64-bit Linux · PulseAudio or PipeWire

First launch

  1. AppImage: make it executable (chmod +x NoteMind*.AppImage) and run it.
  2. Debian/Ubuntu: install the .deb with your package manager.
  3. Make sure your desktop session uses PulseAudio or PipeWire for audio.

After installing, open NoteMind and click Create account. You'll sign up in your browser, choose a plan, and you're ready for your next call.
