We want you to be happy with NoteMind. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• First purchase: if NoteMind isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: monthly renewals aren't refunded. Annual renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you haven't used the new year's credits.
• Credit packs: unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team from the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days.
